RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

BORN FOR THE GOOD LIFE Monday, February 26th. Pastor Chris For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live] (Ephesians 2:10 AMPC). In John 10:10 AMPC, Jesus said, “…I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” You weren’t born to merely live but to live the good life which God prepared for you ahead of time—an excellent life. It’s the reason you should always be full of joy and strength, doing great things and blessing your world every day. He’s given you a great life; a life of purpose, power and abundance. It doesn’t matter the challenges you face; you’re victorious in Christ Jesus. Jesus gave you a life that’s beyond this world, a life that’s superior to the decadence and corruption of this failing world; a life that’s divine. Glory to God! Maybe you’ve been living in fear because of some diagnosis from the doctors about your health; the life in you is superior to sickness. The Bible says in Romans 8:10 ESV, “But if Christ is in you, although the body is dead because of sin, the Spirit is life because of righteousness.” You’ve arrived in the place where sickness and disease have lost their grip on you. Therefore, let go of the fears. Greater is He that’s in you than any sickness that may attempt to fasten itself on you: “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4). You’ve overcome diabetes, heart trouble, chest pain, cancer, fibroid, or whatever health challenge it may be! Live and enjoy your life in sound health, prosperity, peace and joy unspeakable and full of glory. Hallelujah! I’m living the good life prearranged for me before the foundation of the world. I live in the victory, glory, dominion and righteousness of Christ every day. I’m a success; I live in health, because the life of God is in me; my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit! Blessed be God! FURTHER STUDY: Ephesians 2:10 AMPC For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]. Moments of Faith Daily Devotional 26 February 2024 by Prophet Frank Udoh

Title: “He’s Above All: Surrendering to the Sovereignty of God” Scripture Reading: Psalm 95:3 (NIV) – “For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods.” Message:In a world filled with uncertainty and challenges, it’s comforting to know that there is One who reigns supreme above all else. In this devotional, titled “He’s Above All,” let’s explore the profound truth of God’s sovereignty and the peace that comes from surrendering to His divine authority. Reflection:Reflect on the majestic declaration of Psalm 95:3, affirming that the Lord is the great God, reigning supreme above all gods and powers. This truth reminds us that regardless of the circumstances we face or the challenges that confront us, God is greater, higher, and more powerful than anything in this world. When we acknowledge His sovereignty and surrender to His authority, we find refuge and strength in His unfailing love and care. Surrender is not a sign of weakness but a posture of trust and faith in God’s perfect plan and purposes. When we surrender to God’s sovereignty, we relinquish our need for control and submit our lives to His divine will. It’s an act of humility and obedience that allows God to work His perfect plan in and through us, leading us on paths of righteousness and blessing. In the midst of life’s storms and uncertainties, there is a place of refuge and peace found in the presence of God. When we acknowledge that He is above all, we can rest assured that nothing is beyond His control or outside of His loving care. As we draw near to Him in prayer, worship, and meditation on His Word, we experience the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). As we journey through life, let us hold fast to the promises of God’s Word, knowing that He who is above all is faithful to fulfill His promises to us. His Word stands firm and unchanging, a sure foundation upon which we can build our lives and anchor our faith. Let us trust in His goodness, wisdom, and sovereignty, knowing that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Prayer:Heavenly Father, thank you for your sovereignty and majesty. Help us to surrender our lives fully to you, trusting in your perfect plan and purposes. May we find peace and rest in your presence, knowing that you are above all and in control of all things. Strengthen our faith and help us to trust in your promises, even in the midst of life’s uncertainties. In Jesus’ name, amen. Further Reading: Psalm 47:2 (NIV) – “For the Lord Most High is awesome, the great King over all the earth.”Isaiah 46:9-10 (NIV) – “Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’”May this devotional on “He’s Above All” remind you of the sovereignty and greatness of our God, and may it inspire you to surrender your life fully to His loving care and authority. May you find peace, strength, and assurance in His presence, knowing that He is above all and in control of all things.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

LIVE FOR CHRIST Sunday, February 25th. Pastor Chris For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead (2 Corinthians 5:14). There’re many who don’t understand the purpose for life. So, they think a great life is when you’ve amassed a lot of wealth or earthly possessions; no. Jesus said in Luke 12:15, “…Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.” He also taught about a rich man who had such a bountiful harvest that he needed to tear down his storehouses and build new ones to store his crops. He was excited to have laid up so much supplies for himself. But while he was relishing the thought of all that he had amassed, God came into his room and said, “…You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?” (Luke 12:20 NIV). What’s the purpose for your life in this world? Why are you here? It’s to make sure the Gospel of Jesus Christ goes to the ends of the earth. Our Lord Jesus said, “…Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15). In Matthew 28:19, He said, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations….” Personalize your role in the Gospel and say like the Apostle Paul, “According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust” (1 Timothy 1:11). Recall what the Lord said to him in Acts 26:16, “…I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness…” (Acts 26:16). We are His witnesses; it should be what excites you. You may not be a pastor, evangelist, teacher, prophet or apostle, but you’re a minister of reconciliation, called to be a soul-winner. So, live your life for Christ unreservedly. Come what may, stand for Jesus Christ and His Kingdom. Preach the Gospel no matter what. I am crucified with Christ; nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me, and I live for Him. He’s made me a passionate, committed and fearless soul winner, and today, through me, many receive the Gospel gladly and are converted to the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY: Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Romans 10:13-15 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. 14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! 1 Corinthians 9:16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! Title: “Praises: Unlocking the Power of Gratitude and Worship” Scripture Reading: Psalm 100:4 (NIV) – “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.” Message: Praise is more than just a spontaneous expression of gratitude; it is a powerful spiritual weapon that unlocks God’s presence, power, and provision in our lives. In this devotional, titled “Praises,” let’s delve into the significance of cultivating a lifestyle of gratitude and worship, and how it can transform our hearts, minds, and circumstances. Reflection:Reflect on the invitation of Psalm 100:4 to enter God’s presence with thanksgiving and praise. Praise is the key that opens the door to communion with our Heavenly Father, allowing us to draw near to Him and experience His goodness, love, and faithfulness in a tangible way. When we approach God with a heart full of gratitude and worship, we position ourselves to receive His blessings and encounter His glory in our lives. Gratitude is a transformative attitude that shifts our focus from what we lack to what we have, from despair to hope, and from fear to faith. When we choose to give thanks in all circumstances, we acknowledge God’s sovereignty and provision, even in the midst of trials and challenges. Gratitude opens our eyes to the countless blessings that surround us each day and fills our hearts with joy, peace, and contentment. Worship is our response to the greatness, goodness, and majesty of God. It is an act of surrender, adoration, and reverence that acknowledges His worthiness and exalts His name above all else. When we lift our voices in praise, we declare God’s sovereignty over every situation, aligning our hearts with His will and inviting His presence to dwell among us. Worship is not just a Sunday ritual but a lifestyle of intimacy and surrender that permeates every aspect of our lives. As we cultivate a lifestyle of praise and worship, we unleash God’s power and provision in our lives and circumstances. Praise shifts the atmosphere, breaks chains of bondage, and releases breakthroughs and miracles. It is a declaration of faith that magnifies God above our problems and invites His kingdom to reign in our midst. Let us never underestimate the impact of our praises, for they have the power to transform hearts, change circumstances, and usher in God’s kingdom on earth. Prayer:Heavenly Father, we thank you for the gift of praise and worship. Help us to cultivate hearts of gratitude and lips of praise, that we may enter your presence with thanksgiving and worship you in spirit and in truth. May our lives be a continual offering of praise to you, our faithful and loving Father, who is worthy of all honor, glory, and adoration. In Jesus’ name, amen. Further Reading: Hebrews 13:15 (NIV) – “Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name.”Psalm 34:1 (NIV) – “I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.”May this devotional on “Praises” inspire you to cultivate a lifestyle of gratitude and worship, unlocking the power of God’s presence and provision in your life. May your praises ascend as a sweet fragrance before the throne of grace, ushering in God’s kingdom and transforming hearts and circumstances for His glory

Moments of Faith daily devotional 24 February 2024 by Prophet Frank Udoh

Title: “Kingdom Run by Words Scripture Reading: Proverbs 18:21 (NIV) – “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” Message: In the Kingdom of God, words are not just mere utterances; they are powerful agents of transformation and creation. As believers, we have been entrusted with the incredible responsibility of stewarding our words wisely, recognizing their profound impact on our lives and the world around us. In this powerful devotional, titled “Kingdom Run by Words,” let’s explore the significance of our speech in advancing God’s Kingdom and fulfilling His purposes. Reflection: Reflect on the profound truth of Proverbs 18:21, which reminds us of the power inherent in our words. Our tongue has the ability to speak life and death, blessing and cursing, healing and harm. Every word we speak carries weight and significance, shaping our reality and influencing the lives of those around us. As stewards of God’s Word, it’s crucial that we use our speech to align with His truth and advance His Kingdom purposes. In the beginning, God spoke the world into existence through His Word (Genesis 1:3). Similarly, as His children, we have been given the authority to speak life into every situation we encounter. Our words have creative power, and when spoken in alignment with God’s will, they have the ability to bring about transformation and restoration. Let us be intentional about speaking words of faith, hope, love, and encouragement, releasing the life-giving power of God into every circumstance. Throughout Scripture, we see the importance of declaring God’s promises over our lives and circumstances. Just as Joshua and Caleb proclaimed the Lord’s faithfulness in the face of giants (Numbers 14:6-9), we are called to boldly declare God’s truth and stand firm on His promises. When we speak God’s Word in faith, we activate His power to bring about His purposes and fulfill His plans in our lives. While our words have the power to build up and edify, they also have the potential to tear down and destroy. Therefore, it’s essential that we guard our speech and use it to glorify God and edify others. Let us refrain from gossip, slander, and negative talk, choosing instead to speak words of kindness, encouragement, and truth. By doing so, we reflect the love and character of Christ and create an atmosphere conducive to God’s presence and blessing. Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of speech and the power inherent in our words. Help us to steward our speech wisely, recognizing its profound impact on our lives and the lives of others. May our words be aligned with your truth and used to advance your Kingdom purposes on earth. Give us the wisdom and discernment to speak life, declare your promises, and build up those around us. May our speech be a reflection of your love and grace, bringing glory to your name. In Jesus’ name, amen. Further Reading: Ephesians 4:29 (NIV) – “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.”James 3:5-6 (NIV) – “Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.”May this devotional on “Kingdom Run by Words” inspire you to steward your speech wisely and use it to advance God’s Kingdom purposes. May you be intentional about speaking life, declaring God’s promises, and building up others with your words, knowing that they have the power to shape your reality and influence the world around you.
