Title: “Kingdom Run by Words Scripture Reading: Proverbs 18:21 (NIV) – “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” Message: In the Kingdom of God, words are not just mere utterances; they are powerful agents of transformation and creation. As believers, we have been entrusted with the incredible responsibility of stewarding our words wisely, recognizing their profound impact on our lives and the world around us. In this powerful devotional, titled “Kingdom Run by Words,” let’s explore the significance of our speech in advancing God’s Kingdom and fulfilling His purposes. Reflection: Reflect on the profound truth of Proverbs 18:21, which reminds us of the power inherent in our words. Our tongue has the ability to speak life and death, blessing and cursing, healing and harm. Every word we speak carries weight and significance, shaping our reality and influencing the lives of those around us. As stewards of God’s Word, it’s crucial that we use our speech to align with His truth and advance His Kingdom purposes. In the beginning, God spoke the world into existence through His Word (Genesis 1:3). Similarly, as His children, we have been given the authority to speak life into every situation we encounter. Our words have creative power, and when spoken in alignment with God’s will, they have the ability to bring about transformation and restoration. Let us be intentional about speaking words of faith, hope, love, and encouragement, releasing the life-giving power of God into every circumstance. Throughout Scripture, we see the importance of declaring God’s promises over our lives and circumstances. Just as Joshua and Caleb proclaimed the Lord’s faithfulness in the face of giants (Numbers 14:6-9), we are called to boldly declare God’s truth and stand firm on His promises. When we speak God’s Word in faith, we activate His power to bring about His purposes and fulfill His plans in our lives. While our words have the power to build up and edify, they also have the potential to tear down and destroy. Therefore, it’s essential that we guard our speech and use it to glorify God and edify others. Let us refrain from gossip, slander, and negative talk, choosing instead to speak words of kindness, encouragement, and truth. By doing so, we reflect the love and character of Christ and create an atmosphere conducive to God’s presence and blessing. Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of speech and the power inherent in our words. Help us to steward our speech wisely, recognizing its profound impact on our lives and the lives of others. May our words be aligned with your truth and used to advance your Kingdom purposes on earth. Give us the wisdom and discernment to speak life, declare your promises, and build up those around us. May our speech be a reflection of your love and grace, bringing glory to your name. In Jesus’ name, amen. Further Reading: Ephesians 4:29 (NIV) – “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.”James 3:5-6 (NIV) – “Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.”May this devotional on “Kingdom Run by Words” inspire you to steward your speech wisely and use it to advance God’s Kingdom purposes. May you be intentional about speaking life, declaring God’s promises, and building up others with your words, knowing that they have the power to shape your reality and influence the world around you.

Title: “The Set Time to Favor You has come Scripture Reading: Psalm 102:13 (NIV) – “You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come.” Message: In life, there are seasons of waiting and seasons of fulfillment, moments when God’s perfect timing intersects with our deepest desires and dreams. As believers, we live in eager anticipation of the set time when God’s favor will manifest in our lives. In this powerful devotional, titled “The Set Time to Favor You Has Come,” let’s explore the significance of embracing God’s divine timing and remaining steadfast in faith as we await His blessings. Reflection:Reflect on the promise of Psalm 102:13, where the psalmist declares that it is time for God to show favor to His people. Just as God had a set time to show favor to Zion, He has a set time for each of us when His blessings and breakthroughs will manifest in our lives. Though we may face seasons of waiting and uncertainty, we can trust that God’s timing is perfect, and He will fulfill His promises in due time. Waiting for God’s timing can be challenging, especially when we’re eager for His blessings to manifest. Yet, in the waiting, we have the opportunity to grow in faith, patience, and trust in God’s faithfulness. Rather than becoming discouraged or disheartened, let us embrace the season we’re in, knowing that God is working all things together for our good and His glory (Romans 8:28). His timing is never late, but always perfect. As we wait for the set time of God’s favor, let us remain faithful and diligent in our walk with Him. Let us continue to seek His face, study His Word, and cultivate intimacy with Him through prayer and worship. Our faithfulness in the waiting prepares us to steward the blessings He has in store for us and positions us to receive His favor with open hearts and grateful spirits. While we wait for God’s favor to manifest, let us prepare our hearts to receive the overflow of His blessings. Just as a farmer prepares the soil before planting seeds, let us cultivate a fertile spiritual ground through obedience, humility, and surrender. As we align our hearts with God’s purposes and plans, we position ourselves to receive His abundant favor and blessings beyond measure. Prayer Heavenly Father, thank you for the promise of your favor and blessings in our lives. Help us to trust in your perfect timing, knowing that you are faithful to fulfill your promises to us. Give us patience and perseverance as we wait for the set time of your favor, and empower us to remain faithful and obedient in the waiting. May our hearts be prepared to receive the overflow of your blessings with gratitude and joy. In Jesus’ name, amen. Further Reading: Habakkuk 2:3 (NIV) – “For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.”Galatians 6:9 (NIV) – “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”May this devotional on “The Set Time to Favor You Has Come” inspire you to trust in God’s perfect timing and remain steadfast in faith as you await His blessings. May you be encouraged to embrace the season you’re in, knowing that the set time for God’s favor is drawing near, and His blessings are on the horizon.

Title: “Choose Your Circle: Surround Yourself with Positive Influences for Spiritual Growth” Scripture Reading: Proverbs 13:20 (NIV) – “Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.” Message: In life, the company we keep plays a significant role in shaping our beliefs, attitudes, and actions. As believers, it’s essential to carefully select our inner circle, surrounding ourselves with individuals who uplift, encourage, and inspire us in our faith journey. In this powerful devotional, titled “Choose Your Circle,” let’s explore the importance of surrounding ourselves with positive influences that foster spiritual growth and maturity. Reflection: Reflect on the wisdom of Proverbs 13:20, which highlights the impact of our associations on our lives. Our companions influence our choices, attitudes, and character. By surrounding ourselves with wise and godly individuals, we position ourselves for growth, wisdom, and spiritual maturity. Conversely, aligning with those who lack discernment and godly values can lead to harm and hinder our spiritual progress. Consider the people you spend the most time with—your inner circle. Do they encourage and support your walk with God, or do they distract and detract from it? While it’s essential to show love and compassion to all, our closest companions should share our values and commitment to following Christ. Choose friends and mentors who challenge you to grow spiritually, pray for you, and hold you accountable in your faith journey. Surrounding yourself with positive influences doesn’t mean surrounding yourself with perfect people. We all have flaws and shortcomings, but it’s the direction of our hearts and the influence of our lives that matter most. Look for individuals who exhibit fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Their example will inspire and encourage you to cultivate these qualities in your own life. The company you keep not only influences your spiritual growth but also impacts your witness and effectiveness in sharing the Gospel. As you choose your circle wisely, you create opportunities for mutual edification and Kingdom advancement. Together, you can spur one another on toward love and good deeds, encouraging each other to live out your faith boldly and authentically (Hebrews 10:24-25). Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of community and fellowship with other believers. Help us to choose our inner circle wisely, surrounding ourselves with positive influences that nurture our spiritual growth and maturity. Give us discernment to recognize those who align with your Word and values, and grant us the courage to invest in relationships that honor and glorify you. May our circle be a source of encouragement, accountability, and mutual edification as we walk together in faith. In Jesus’ name, amen. Further Reading: Psalm 1:1-3 (NIV) – “Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers.”1 Corinthians 15:33 (NIV) – “Do not be misled: ‘Bad company corrupts good character.’”May this devotional on “Choose Your Circle” empower you to intentionally surround yourself with positive influences that foster spiritual growth and maturity. As you invest in godly relationships, may you be encouraged, challenged, and inspired to walk closely with the Lord and fulfill His purposes for your life.

May you step boldly into the promises of God, trusting in His faithfulness and believing for miraculous breakthroughs in every area of your life.

Title: “Love: The Greatest Commandment” Scripture Reading: 1 Corinthians 13:4-8a (NIV) – “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” Message: Love is a word that permeates our lives, yet its depth and significance often elude us. It’s easy to reduce love to a mere sentiment or emotion, but in reality, it is the very essence of God’s character and the foundation of our faith. In this devotional, titled “Love: The Greatest Commandment,” let’s delve into the profound meaning of love and how it transforms our lives and relationships. Consider the characteristics of love described in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8a. Love is patient, kind, humble, selfless, forgiving, and enduring. It is more than a fleeting emotion; it is a deliberate choice to prioritize the well-being and happiness of others above our own. Reflect on how you have experienced God’s love in your life and how you have extended love to others. Jesus declared that the greatest commandment is to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbor as ourselves (Mark 12:30-31). Love is not merely a suggestion or option for believers but a commandment that encompasses all other commandments. It is the mark of true discipleship and the defining characteristic of the Christian life. How can we practically live out the commandment to love God and love others? Start by examining your heart and asking God to reveal any areas where love may be lacking. Seek to cultivate a deeper love for God through prayer, worship, and obedience to His Word. Then, allow God’s love to overflow from your heart to those around you, showing kindness, compassion, and forgiveness to everyone you encounter. Love has the power to heal wounds, mend broken relationships, and transform lives. It bridges divides, breaks down barriers, and brings unity in diversity. As followers of Christ, let us be known by our love, demonstrating the unconditional and sacrificial love of Jesus to a world in desperate need of hope and reconciliation. Prayer:Heavenly Father, thank you for your incredible love that knows no bounds. Help us to grasp the depth and magnitude of your love for us and to reflect that love to others in all we do. Fill our hearts with your love so that we may overflow with kindness, compassion, and forgiveness toward everyone we encounter. May our lives be a testament to the transformative power of your love. In Jesus’ name, amen. Further Reading: 1 John 4:7-8 (NIV) – “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”John 13:34-35 (NIV) – “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples if you love one another.”May this devotional on “Love: The Greatest Commandment” inspire you to deepen your love for God and others and to live out the transformative power of love in every aspect of your life. May you be known by your love, reflecting the love of Christ to a world in need of hope and reconciliation.
